I placed a order of 500 masks and 200 filters with Vida. Prior to placing the order I had a question regarding whether we could divide up our order by selecting multiple colors. Tarana provided excellent and prompt customer service. We placed our order and received everything within 3 weeks. The masks are extremely high quality, and the ability to adjust the tightness is a plus. In addition these masks are extremely easy to wear and have a conversation. We will all be required to wear masks in our office when we come in contact with others. I have tried other masks, and Vida masks are perfect, whether you have a skinny or full face.

Took a risk and VIDA came through - would suggest
Background: My girlfriend's mother bought masks from VIDA for us, and they fit better than any other mask I have tried on.
The event: I work for a development with a lot of employees, and as we prepare to open, we needed a large number of masks. We ordered from another venue first and it didn't work out. After suggesting we order from VIDA, I reached out for a order of more than 2,000 masks (because their site bulk-order limit is 500), not knowing who would get back to me, or even if they would get back. A very nice associate, Tarana, replied and was a massive help. We received our order before the deadline, and Tarana made it happen.
Result: I would suggest VIDA masks to anyone seeking to buy a washable, sleek, and elegant mask.

Ordered a large number for work. While they took awhile (due to COVID demands), which I fully understood, my staff really like the color and fit. Definitely note that this mask wont fit someone with a larger head, as the straps at not that forgiving - but one mask can't fit everyone in the world. Still a great purchase.
