Head of Finance

VIDA is a Google Ventures and Y Combinator backed e-commerce platform that captures an artist’s creative vision and enables them to create sellable products in minutes; allowing customers to purchase unique items from anywhere in the world. We work with over 100,000 artists from over 150 countries globally and are growing and scaling rapidly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking to hire our first Head of Finance who will report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Head of Marketing, Head of Engineering, and Head of Supply Chain. As one of the key contributors at the company, you will have the opportunity to help define and own tracking of our Key Performance Indicators, support development of our internal performance dashboards, manage product requirements for data analytics for engineering, as well as manage our external Finance & Accounting team in monthly P&L reporting.

This is a critical leadership role at VIDA that comes with significant additional growth opportunities in the near future.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, and/or Computer Science

5-10+ year experience in a Finance, Strategic Financial Planning, or Data Analytics role

Very comfortable with Cohort Analysis, LTV to CAC Analysis, Financial Projection Modeling, Building KPI Dashboards for different functionalities and GAAP Accounting principles

Experience or serious interest working for fast-paced, early-stage startup

Experience or interest in e-commerce, design, fashion related industries
